But network effect keeps the moat deep for convincing enough people to pay for not being the product.
Also if they pay, why wouldn’t you still make money off them? You see it all the time with video streaming services.
Is all software now anti-human? Could social media actually be good if done right, maybe there are fundemental flaws in how it works?
